While waiting for the bus, a IC to Schiphol arrived, so i took the liberty to make a picture and to record the departure of the thing.

While waiting for the bus, a IC to Schiphol arrived, so i took the liberty to make a picture and to record the departure of the thing.
On September 14th, i had the chance to get a locomotive hauled IC Service from Rotterdam Centraal to Den Haag Centraal, and from Den Haag Centraal to Tilburg (Via the HSL). The consist was a 2x E186 TRAXX (Front and the back) and ICR coaches. Those ICR coaches are planned to be withdrawn from service (to be replaced by ICNG). But anyhow, i had the chance to have a final ride onboard the ICR coaches. so that was fun.
If i say so myself, this is probably one of the best pictures i took of a ICMm set. Said set is now in the Spoorwegmuseum in Utrecht #NS
Probably one of my favorite caps at the moment, bought it in Paris on June 6th during a Paris trip (A trip that did feel off as it was originally a trip planned with someone i still care about). And that cap now goes with me whenever i make use of my Dal-Vrij subscription (till end of summer)

2 years since i visited Turnhout and made a picture of a AM08! Now in July 2026 alongside a Dal Vrij 1st class subscription from the NS (Which is subsidised by help of the Government for 2 month's). I had the most briliant idea on a thursday to go from Assen to Tilburg and take a De Lijn bus to Turnhout (Line 45), Last time i did this, the bus went 1x hour and was i think (Line 450), (According to a wikipedia article, the 4th fase of "Nieuwe Net" from the De Lijn changed it and made it so that the 45 runs 2x hour)
I certainly improved my quality of the pictures i make. I try to keep people (with their face) out of my pictures. However, sometimes i do have to take the picture with a face somewhat visible, but the i won't post it to Treinposities, but post it to my insta instead. It does the same job.
The only problem i got now. I sometimes just don't have a clue where to even go, i finished the Dutch Network ahead of schedule, the German network is shit (Cause the 3hr delay due to a overhead wire saying "Nein" and almost being stranded in Arnhem also saying "Hallo") and France/Luxembourg is a bit far away ("and i have to plan those, since if i do one of those, I might aswell book a hotel"). Bon, i shall see where dalvrij will get me. I have it, Might aswell use the hell out of it. (And don't get me started on the rail replacement busses, those can suck alot of fun out of my soul, especially Dordrecht-Rotterdam due to a cable fire)
Two GTW sets from Arriva, but here's the catch. They both are from complete different concessions. (Blauwnet and Achterhoek Rivierenland).
Pictures were made in Zutphen and Winterswijk! The Blauwnet GTW from Arriva is restickered GTW from the Concession Noorderlijke Nevenlijnen (Since the Noordelijke Nevenlijnen has no 1st class) and neither does the train service between Zutphen and Oldenzaal
The GTW in Winterwijk is a former Breng trainset, though it’s been restickered to RRReis. The interior of the GTW still screams Breng (with carpet in the 1st class?), outside of that. It's still the same GTW as any other Arriva GTW you find in this country. Problem of the GTW's in Achterhoek-Rivierenland? They have no toilet built in (but they are planned to be built in the things).
I should actually make picture of every concession that has the things (Merwedelingenlijn, Noordelijke Nevenlijnen, Vechtdallijnen, Achterhoek-Rivierenland, Limburg), sounds like a fun idea,
Trains (using them for my trips and/or making video's and photo's about them) work as distraction, along with the Cognitieve gedragstherapie i get since March (due to a mental breakdown in February and it is working, since i improved a fair bit) and that is all i say about it (cause it is private matters and i won't put that online)
ICE's at Utrecht Centraal? Yeah, there were contruction works between Amsterdam-Hilversum-Amersfoort Centraal. So the ICE's were diverted and began/end at Utrecht Centraal. So why not make a picture of them while there?
