Well this just proves that securing aaron's parental rights was only because rebecca wasn't there anymore and robert needed a second parent for seb.. now it's aaron who? sad

how does this prove that? robert basically just said that he felt like garbage for having been happy to simply move along and try and cut rebecca out of seb´s life for good, believing that she didn´t give a toss about her son and would just run off without a second thought. which ties in with him feeling guilty about having even been sort of happy to have her out from under their noses, so that it could just be aaron, seb, liv and him. (yes that was a thing he said, just them. no rebecca. and he was happy about that. only when he realised that she was fighting for her life/ possibly dead did he freak out.)

what he didn´t say was that he didn´t want aaron to have rights to seb. all he said was that he felt bad for having tried to take rebecca´s away from her. 

now sure, on a writing level that whole side plot was mostly meant to ramp up the drama regarding rebecca. they showed us robron playing happy family and plan a future, while we knew that rebecca was fighiting for her life to make people care more. but that doesn´t mean that they won´t pick up on it again? that they won´t look into giving aaron some kind of rights to the extent that that is still legally possible with rebecca around?? we don´t know that yet. so let´s not pretend that we do. 

and even if they don´t give aaron any rights any time soon e.g. because rebecca isn´t comfortable with it, that doesn´t make aaron any less of a parent to seb. and if my dashboard could stop trying to ignore how much they are tying aaron into these scenes and how they keep mentioning his heavy involvement in seb´s life EVEN THOUGH danny obviously wasn´t around to film and isn´t sharing any of the scenes, that would also be cool.
