Thoughts

Every one has thoughts! But thoughts can lead to thinks that you might not necessarily, want to think about or happen.  

There is a difference between, thoughts and thinking! Thoughts can be random, spontaneous and light or dark. But thinking you have to concentrate and you actually have to think about something and it can be tiring! Also once you start thinking, it could lead to overthinking and it can just make you feel bad. Thoughts are somehow different! 

That’s why the best thing is don’t think, unless you have to.
