Look, over here guys! We have THE Cove Holden on his natural habitat lol 😂😂😂

Sorry for being late guys, life’s busy! I will try to post the other prompts that I have missed tomorrow hopefully. So as you can see, you can participate and post for this event whenever you are available, cause I, the main creator, will be doing the same.

I’m glad I was able to draw finally for this event Cove from step 2, cause he’s my favorite lmao 😂😂😂 He’s such a mess of emotions during that step and I related so much with him lmao

P.S. I want to give my thanks to the our life community for showing me an incredibly shocking big support here and on twitter (X). To be honest, I didn’t expect for this event to get this much attention, at least not so soon, but either way your support is making me even more motivated to finish my drawings for the whole event. I knew that you guys are welcoming, since I have been lurking in the fandom for a year at least, but being at the end of the receiving that love and appreciation has been a great and memorable experience. Thank you for bringing me a smile, whenever I saw you pop up on my notifications 🩵🩵🩵 And I loved the comments, it’s the greatest compliment to receive that my drawings do invoke emotions for you guys! 🫧🩵🫧🩵🫧🩵🫧

COVE’S APPRECIATION EVENT 2025 - Day 8. Sunshower 🌦️🌦️

Hey, everyone!💖

Yep, sorry for being very late with the prompts. To be honest, I was overwhelmed this week with college and irl stuff, so it was tough for me to just sit down and draw, while also try and actually have fun with it. I want to emphasize that if not during the event, I will finish the prompts before the end of this year, at least.

Next month especially I will need to focus most of my free time studying for exams, but during the December I will be less busy again. Still I appreciate the support for this event, it has been a great motivator for me to try harder to finish the prompts. I will try and do this event again next year by getting ready about it more ahead of time. My main goal for the rest of this event is to finish Cove’s birthday prompt on the last day of the event and do whatever other prompts I can in between.

Now let’s talk about today’s prompt! This was one of my favorite moments during step 2, cause it showed how besides the transitional phase Cove is going through this period of his life, he’s still a kid who wants to enjoy the small joys of life and cherish them with his loved ones. It was such a short moment, but impactful and incredibly adorable hehe💞💛💞💛💞💛💞

Cove in step 2 always will have a special space in my heart!! He’s too adorable for his own good lol 💗🥰💗🥰💗

COVE’S APPRECIATION EVENT 2025 - Day 1. New Beginnings

First of, I want to show my deepest gratitude towards @cinnappletart for participating in this event as well! It is always more fun enjoying something together with someone else, especially when they are as active in the participation as yourself.

I was proud of myself with coming up especially with this prompt! I think it was my most creative one from the event lol

The idea for the prompt definitely was stirred by my desire to draw Cove bawling his eyes out for his first born child lmao

The shading was a struggle for me, since I haven’t shaded in a long time, but I’m happy with the results considering that I didn’t have high expectations anyways.

Day 1 accomplished successfully!! 🎉🎉

COVE’S APPRECIATION EVENT 2025 - Day 4. Pink Cast

A cute bonding moment between my MC and lil Cove! She associated Cove with sea turtles as you can see quite early on in their relationship. 🐢🐢

Before Cove, my MC didn’t have any close friends and her friends had other best friends, which made her crave the connections they had. So meeting Cove and finding how they could rely on one another and look out for each other, made her wish of having a best friend come true.

During their first summer, she was scared that he was gonna leave Sunset Bird suddenly, so she tried to keep a bit of distance, but it was hard to ignore this little lost seaweed boy with wavy eyebrows, that felt lost and hurt in her hometown.

In this moment of today’s prompt, is where Cove realizes for the first time how much MC’s presence made his move on Sunset Bird feel brighter and warmer with each passing day. ☀️☀️☀️

COVE’S APPRECIATION EVENT 2025 - Day 3. Dolphin Balloons🫧🐬🫧

As a kid I would have loved to have such a cute balloon! Cove was adorably himself during this moment and it was cute to see him trying to find himself in this new beach town with his new friend/playmate lol 😂😂

Decided not to show the tragedy that follows Cove’s dolphin balloon, cause I’m already gonna draw enough Cove’s crying moments in future prompts lmao 🤭🤭🤭

COVE’S APPRECIATION EVENT 2025 - Day 6. Summer Heat☀️☀️

Heya!!🌷🌷

If it wasn’t obvious, I don’t believe that I will be able to catch up and finish all of the prompts during the event. But I will finish the rest of the unfinished prompts afterward. Need to note that I will finish the final day prompt during this event, even if I skip prompts, mostly because I want to reveal my OLBA OC and show my appreciation for Cove in the best way that I can for his birthday!💞💛💞 💞💛💞

So now back to this prompt, I decided to draw Cove dealing with the heat on a hot day, during his first summer on Sunset Bird. I loved how it turned out, the theme, the poses and the colors. And the two of them look cute together while melting on the floor lol💕🤭💕🤭💕

Two posts in a day HELL YEAH LOL❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Cove and MC have a lot of cute and adorably awkward moments that involved ice cream during the game. This moment that I have drawn is my favorite out of them, cause this is the main foundation, where the other ones that happened after are more fulfilling thanks to their first time sharing ice cream hehe🥰🥰

The cameo from Lani and Pam was a last minute choice but the best one I did lol 😂😂

COVE’S APPRECIATION EVENT 2025

Hi everyone! I decided to create an event to show my love for our dear soft beach boy, Cove Holden!

The main reason for this is that even though, it has been years since the game came out, I always replay it once a year for the wholesome vibes and Cove never fails to give me those damn vibes lol

Also I want to use this chance to give sneak peaks of my OC for this game. I wish I had been apart of the fandom when it was far more active, but I still want to create stuff for it either way. I will try not to make the same mistake with the OLNF fandom, which I have already have made OCS for it but I’m not gonna share them, yet.

It will also be a great challenge, cause I never been able to complete these events before, cause of irl stuff. But now I feel like I have gotten faster at drawing overall and this year for me has been all about pushing myself to be more productive so I’m ready for this challenge!!

This event will start from 3rd October and last until 2nd November, so it will end right on Cove’s birthday (which I was surprised about when I found out, I always assumed his birthday would be on summer cause of how much he loves it lmao)
