Too many thoughts on my Stupid Little Toothpate Man

Man, Dong King could have been so cool if he were a decently written villain instead of some stupid looking Darth Vader parody.

He's the head of a world wide restaurant chain. He's a master manipulator. His greatest rival doesn't even know who he is. He's a neglectful father who doesn't seem to even like his daughter.

The writers served a half eaten Mcchickn reheated with a hair dryer and left all thee crumbs but yet he compels me.

[Future Pucca Au] _ Part 1

After Dong King bandaged his "light" head wound, he examined the ship (now a pile of scrap metal) to see if it was still operable. Of course it became scrap and was useless. He thought it would take some time for a new ship to be prepared and brought to him. Basically his planet is far away from earth (he is clearly an alien). But before he could send the message to the robots on his planet, Ring Ring used her hair to catch him and questioned him about a problem he knew nothing about. She seemed very angry and quickly pulled him out of the store and showed him what had happened to Goh Rong. In comparison, Goh Rong's damage seemed to be far less than Dong King's ship, but overall it looked very bad. Of course Ring Ring Question him because she thinks he's the one who caused everything. Even though he had all the convincing arguments and evidence and was sure he was innocent, she didn't believe it. Ring Ring thinks that because He hated Goh Rong so he did it secretly. This makes him depressed and doesn't want to say anything more to his stubborn and stupid daughter

I stand by that the whole Dong King arc could have been better if they leaned into the pre-established opera-royalty-gods themes Ring-Ring had instead of the weird starwars parody season 3 was going for

“Dong King” isn’t his True Name, it is just his current mortal name (knowing his true name grants the person power over him)

rather popular amongst mortals, even if he’s been more stingy about his blessings in the last few decades

used to keep maidens, but sent them away once he was married

one of his Former maidens cut off his right hand in attempting to kill him

rivalry with Chef Dumpling began initially in an attempt to woo the oblivious chef, but has since turned into a bitter revenge scheme

charming but cruel

he takes great joy in peoples bad luck (it’s much more entertaining to watch people struggle)

absolutely adores RingRing, she’s his perfect little girl

being a spirit, it’s hard to find mortals who are compatible with him to procreate

things are tense with his wife atm, however
