Cartoon Network Robot Boy TV ident 2008

Did the bad guy just win?

So i found this old Cartoon Network City Area bumper from Robotboy, but about it and to be honest: It scares me!

Never seen such a dark and scary bumper from CN. I thought they were Always happy, silly and funny but this one: WHY?!  Such a dark and open end when that laser stops! CN: Why y do dis? I don’t like it, looks likes the bad guy wins.

Good thing i know that this is also a shot from the Robotboy: Island of Doom game where the same animation is used and is shown that Constantine shuts down the lasers before it roasts the kids. Hope that it happend here as well
