Hello! If you’ll accept me for the automatic drawing doodles, I would appreciate it! Is there somewhere I’d be able to leave a tip? The symbol I thought of initially for myself is a purple and blue flower with five petals which are pointed at their ends. I guess I’m just curious as to what energies you see around me. Either way, thank you for your consideration!
Cool Cool more purple and blue!!
So I drew your flower, but it's blowing in the wind, some of the petals are trailing behind. I get the sense you probably have a big imagination, or someone who's in their head a lot. I don't know why but I keep thinking of the word "awe". Like you're in awe of the world around you and it makes you wonder at it's mysteries. Sometimes the knowledge you seek is mentally taxing. I get a sense that you do love the world you're in but sometimes the world takes from you. Even so, you carry on with the wind.
I've had some experience with giving simple three-card readings in the past, but recently I've been studying a method called “automatic drawing”, a process in which you draw without thinking or in a trance-like state. This practice has been used by artists and occultists alike since the 1800s. I've practiced a little with my own meditations, and now I want to see how it works with another person. This will basically be like tarot, except instead of cards you get a personalized illustration with a written interpretation of the picture.
If you're interested, please follow these instructions before sending your ask:
1. Pick a symbol that you feel represents you best. It can be a shape, a flower, etc. if you can't think of one, just send your initials. This way I'll have an easier time identifying your energy.
2. Since these are free and I do have a day job, there will be no official deadline. I will do my best to deliver your image as soon as possible, but I can't make promises.
3. I will not be selling any of the images I make, but I may use some of them for portfolio purposes. If you would prefer to keep the image to yourself, just send me a private message instead.
4. Not required but reviews are appreciated. I do want to develop this skill and eventually do it for money, so your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Here's an example of what you'll be receiving:
This is a reading I did for myself and my partner. The question we had was “Will we have success in moving to Canada before the decade ends?” I illustrated a representation of the question for clarity. The maple leaf is Canada (subtle I know), I naturally felt an inclination to draw green grass surrounding it. My guess is that our first impression is probably how there's much more natural areas than where we currently live, it's definitely one of the more noticeable differences. There's a line connecting Canada to the U.S. It changes from green to yellow. I believe this indicates that the journey in the beginning will be difficult, but the more we push through the easier it'll be. I did experience some friction drawing the U.S. interestingly enough. Although once I channeled my frustration into how I felt about my current home it clicked. The stripes formed a prison and the stars are falling from the sky. The fire ties it all together I think. So far it's pretty on the nose but we get more abstract when we see that the red stripes drip down like blood. At first I thought the blood changed into fire? And the water above was putting it out, but the more I looked at it, the more it looks like the blood is evaporating into the air. Perhaps it signifies a change from passion into calm, going from a turbulent environment to a possibly more soothing one. Even if at first it's only trickling bit by bit. The last detail is the two stars one on the U.S. and one on Canada. On the flag it's the only star left in the sky. Much like the tarot I believe it resembles a hope, a hope of finding a place to call home. No place is perfect of course, but the grass may be greener anyway.
To summarize all this: There will be many difficulties in the beginning but they will pass and eventually we will find the peace we've been seeking. (At least I hope lol)
The doodling method sounds super cool, I've never seen it used before. If you're still open to requests, please could I participate? My question is, what would be a visual representation of my aura/personality?
As for symbol, I chose a rose (Part of my name), and a mallard duck (I love them so much), I wasn't sure which one would represent me better. My initials are A.F.
Thank you so much, have a nice day :D
I see a lot of springtime vibes going on here. I feel like you have a very soft and gentle energy. Maybe you're the kind of person that likes to take it easy, just enjoying the simple pleasures of life. The way the duck stretches it's wing in a sort of casual way might imply a sense of comfort or relaxation. The pinks and greens do remind me of the heart chakra, which could mean you're someone who is leads their life with their emotions. Being emotionally balanced and feeling safe and comfortable seem to be important things in your life. The sun rising and casting an reddish hue on the water gives me the impression of urgency and action. Sometimes you can't afford to slow down in life, but even so, you'll always have your joys in life to come back to.
Hi, how are u? Can I ask the tarot something? Well, I recently started volunteering in the disability department of my city. I met the director, and he gave me the opportunity. From the first day, I couldn't hold his gaze for very long. He's getting a divorce, but I don't know if it's just me who feels this chemistry and connection. Is the attraction I feel for FGV (my boss) truly mutual, or is it just me? Or what do I really feel when I look into his eyes? Is there mutual sexual attraction, or is it something more, or is it just a professional relationship? My initials are MCH 🩷 Tysm❤️
I turned your initials into characters!
From what I can tell, you both live in completely different worlds. You on the sand and him in the sea. Even your species is different. Hes like a mix between a peacock and a swan. Peacocks are kinda luxurious, possibly signifying his status or just his general vibe. The swan aspect is interesting since swans are known to mate for life. However, peacocks are polygamous. I'm not sure if this means he's still mourning from the divorce, or he might be the cause of it through infidelity. He looks like he's almost looking at you, but his head is a little tilted. If he does show interest in some way, I think whatever is going on in his life is going to bleed through and color his perception of you. I am new it this so I could be way off, but I think the best thing to do is wait and get more of a read on him first. Good luck out there 👍
hi! i saw ur post and would loveeee a doodle! could i ask what the first person i will be in a long term romantic relationship with will be like? just anything that comes up tbh! my symbol is 🧘♀️. thank u so much!!
Thank you for your patience, I will say i kinda did feel a surge with this one lol
So in the center I see you got some blue vibes going on. I'm noticing how especially bright the blue is, there's definitely an eager energy. Very bright, optimistic, very in tune with your feelings. The energy surrounding you is aligning to your desires. Notice the purples and reds. It is possible you'll be in a relationship in the future, and I sensed the colors would describe that relationship, or the kind of relationship you're most likely to attract. There seems to to be a lot of red, almost like it's consuming the blue energy. The purple might just be the transitioning from blue to red. If you do get into a relationship, you will be locked at the hip with your partner. just be careful that you don't completely give yourself up to them. Remember who you are and your values, and whoever honors that will be the right one.
I wanted to experiment with automatic drawing, specifically for divination. I also wanted to try it in the style of a comic, that way it gives a more narrative kind of answer, sorta like tarot.
My question was "How do I better connect with others?"
Not entirely sure how to interpret this but it's definitely interesting for sure. I used the star as a representation for myself. It almost looks like it's in a lantern. It's tied to the tree but it isn't really a part of it. The red ribbon while many people will have different meanings, for me actually reminds me of a game I love called Little Goody Two Shoes. A bit silly I know but I'm going somewhere with it. The main character Elise wears a red ribbon in her hair. She's ostracized in her hometown because of her abrasive personality and has to do odd jobs just to afford dinner. She longs for fortune and ends up doing something terrible to get that, but what she really needed was connection. You could say I relate lol
Then it zooms in on the spiral branch. Spirals are everywhere from what I've seen and have many meanings. I feel like here it could represent transformation, or just the natural ebb and flow of life.
When you get closer it's actually a dragon. I feel like dragons have lots of meanings too, and one thing to note is that the dragon is actually a part of the tree. I'm a little stumped on this one to be honest. Perhaps I need to be more dragon like? Not ferocious necessarily but just mor3 confident or something.
Feel free to share your thoughts or give it a go yourself! I may do some practice readings for other people on here, so let me know if that interests you as well.
