He knows what diabetes is
He just doesn’t know much about it so he questions you about it when he first finds out
Tries to be helpful about reminding you of your insulin and help you keep up with a proper diet
Unfortunately, he’s kind of a mess about it
He goes to remind you to take your insulin only to realize he’s hollering at you two hours after you’ve already done so
He’s also pretty dramatic about the diet
He’s really trying though
It’s a learning moment for him
You might have to help him chill the fuck out but he’ll eventually do so
Well
He’ll get as calm as a Junkrat can
It’s not a lot but it’s something
Roadhog
Doesn’t really treat you any differently than he would anyone without diabetes
Checks in with you periodically to make sure you’ve taken your insulin
Maybe even has a little schedule up on the fridge just in case you or he forgets
Probably doesn’t change his own diet (unless you’d prefer him to do so) but tries to make sure you get the correct diet and nutrition
Surprisingly good at helping you keep up with your exercise
Even if he doesn’t do any of it with you
Moral support

Chill and supportive
If you’re forgetful about your insulin, he makes you a little scheduling system to help you remember to take it
Texts you if you’re not together to make sure you’ve done so
Creates a workout plan you and he can do together
Then time to shower together after said workout imeanwhat
Pretty good at dietary managing stuff for his own health already, so it’s easy for him to incorporate your diet in as well
Loves to make homemade meals
Probably starts picking up some of your dietary and exercise plans on his own just out of habit
