TERMS OF SERVICE
Half of the payment will be paid once we have decided on the commission, and work won’t start until I have received this payment. The other half of the payment will be given upon completion of the piece.
Upon receiving full payment the commissioner will receive a full-res .png file of their commission. If you would like to use a commission as coloring or lining practice, I can give a .psd or transparent .png file upon request, however if posted online the commission should still be credited to me for line or sketchwork.
Any commission I draw I will have complete permission to post publicly. If you wish for your commission to remain anonymous, I will not state who the commission was for.
You have the rights to use your commission non-commercially online such as posting, using as a profile picture, or using as a cover photo; provided I am fully credited as the artist who made it. You are not allowed to use any commission work I make for anything of profit or for marketing.
I have the right to deny any commission that is proposed to me if it makes me uncomfortable in some way.
