So, I’ve been enjoying tamales for yeeeears. Oddly enough, I had never made them myself, until today!🙌 I followed one of @dorastable’s recipes for the masa prep, then made two different fillings. I split the dough in half and made soyrizo/caramelized onion/potato/#vegan cheddar tamales with the basic dough.😍 And with the other half, I folded in green chiles and corn, then filled them with vegan cheddar shreds.🌽 They turned out pretty great! Can’t wait to try out more combos.
