Children’s toys! Are there any kids out there that don’t enjoy action figures, dolls, puzzles, nerf guns, legos, etc, etc? Doubtful, and the same goes back as far as the ’80s (and beyond, but for the sake of this article; 1984 is as far back as I can go). Some of the toys available today are much better than those from my era; though I still remember toys from my day that should still be around.

The Philadelphia Zoo has been a treat for me since I was a kid. To the point where I still enjoy it to this day and will select it as a destination for either my birthday or Father’s day.
