rewatching season 1 is fun for a lot of reasons but I always like making note of all the innocuous little details they changed their mind about when they got picked up for more than just the one season like— will has a dog?? Dustin has two parents?? Hopper is sleeping with someone named Sandra?? Jonathan has an undisclosed job??

Anyways this is sincerely not a complaint, this is a really common thing with long running shows, but it’s fun to think about the version of the story that holds onto all those little details and I for one would like to know if the Byers’ dog also got zapped into the UD with will and is the blueprint that created the demodogs

I've been rewatching season 3 for shits and giggles (and mostly stobin writing reasons) and I am happy to report that the bathroom floor scene still hits as hard on the nth time as it did the first maya hawke's FACE when steve is on the other side of the wall confessing feelings and robin goes on this entire journey of I should want this I don't want this who am I to not want this what will he do if I say I don't want him -- and the giddy relief when the world doesn't end, when she's allowed to not want it and instead she just gets to laugh it off with a friend made during the scariest night of her life hi hello I'm gonna slam my head in a door hinge now
