Joel doesn't remember how to do laundry. In Empires Season 1 he would just dump his dirty cloths in the ocean and Lizzie would clean them. This continued after they got married as well. In the life series no one truly did laundry or took many showers (Its a death game who cares about hygiene)

In most series he in in Lizzie is as well but since he joined hermitcraft, there was no one to do his laundry. Other people on magic mountain tried to teach him but he was way to stubborn to learn. He bought new cloths every time they got to dirty until Doc's mat came to business

Joel and Doc now have a deal that Doc will do his laundry if Joel preforms at night.

Empires SMP 5 Years Later

Hello everybody

I will be soon beginning on a project for the 5 year anniversary of Empires SMP season 1 which will happen later this year.

My hopes for the project is to make a video essay going over the events of and around both seasons and doing a retrospective on the series effect on the MCYT fandom as a whole.

I am starting this project now because I will be rewatching EVERY prospective of both seasons (as well as some hermits and connected series).

This project will be a lot of work and I will be putting lots of love and care into this. Empires smp is my favorite piece of content ever created and I want to do it justice.

This blog will be used to receive suggestions, reminders and to track the progress. I am also hoping to find the Empires audience and make sure the story I tell is that of us as a community.

For now, I am only 1 person. I hope to find help for this project be that mods for the blog or editors for the video or artists for visuals.

I am very excited to start this.

Scott is always cold. Ever since he was tricked by Lizzie in Empires season 1, he always felt cold. This got worse after double life whenever Pearl sat in the snow, accelerating the freezing process to a constant feeling of frost bite.

The issue with the feelings is that it doesnt actually real/ it's not reflective of his actual body temperature. In the early days of experiencing the freezing, Scott would bundle up in so many layers, still be cold and sometimes even get heat stroke depending on where he was.

He has have to learn how to deal with it.
