Basically, it was successful.
Points to note - reduce the type of the body copy. Basically, not everything needs to be shouty. This means I need to make sure the texts are the appropriate sizes.
It seems Justin liked the ingredients being by the side so I’ll keep it that way. Seeing as books utilise two columns, I will use them too. Mark also pointed out I should try to align everything. Thus, that’s also something to work on. The numbers, I may implement them into the subheading or take them off.
Also, I’ll have to implement the actual ingredients into the doublespread. This way, I can be sure of everything.
Lastly, I may have to start doing my own research on who I am as a designer.
A maximist or minimalist. I need to do personal research on that so I can start implementing them into the designs.
Not illustrations but I may play with the layout more and see what’s most suitable.
