,while I struggle to explain the absurdity in my head like:

While at the same time I'm trying to keep a straight face while I actually reply:
"Nothing."
Too sleepy to write, not sleepy enough to sleep.

That feeling when nothing you tried turned off your brain so you drag your haven’t slept in 26 hours body in to work a twelve hour shift. I’m accepting any and all caffeine donations.

so after months of not touching any of my instruments, I finally picked my guitar up again. (I still can't touch the piano without breaking down and crying.) my hands hurt in the best way and I can't wait until my fingertip callouses come back. this is progress. this is a good sign.
This is why my Outlaw Queen one shot isn't finished yet....
Me: Okay, I'm just going to write this one shot to match the wonderful episode fix-it gif I just saw.
Douchebag Brain: But really we need to write a heart wrenchingly sweet bit with Regina and Roland
Me: But, this is supposed to be a happy....
Douchebag Brain: But Regina and Roland.
Me: Fine, but only because it's my baby Roland and he just lost his Daddy.
Me: Now, I'm going to write something beautiful and happy for all my fellow Outlawqueeners.
Douchebag Brain: Remember that sweet scene you wrote where Robin and Regina reunite? Yeah, let's make that angsty.
Me: But....
Douchebag Brain: Ooh, I know, let's add all the angst because Robin just died and isn't actually coming back.
Me: But...
Douchebag Brain: No Buts, rewrite the whole thing!
Me: ....
Me: ....
Me: Fine, but there will be a happy ending, I Love You, and Robin/Roland reunion by the end.
