I'm baaaack. Had my asthma review today and although it showed some residual inflammation in my lungs my asthma was back under control so I can workout again. I'm still coughing, and this was hard. But got it done. My legs are dead. It's my birthday tomorrow and this weekend all we have done is activities and food. And there's more food tomorrow. Sorry I didn’t post last night, I was (and still am) exhausted!! It took everything in me just to make the image. So yesterday was a good day as far as my health goes, food was on plan. Got my workout in (without the #energize ) #mm100 #workout27of100 #downbeatstrength I got my #shakeology in. Here is the bad: every time we run water, (shower, dishes, laundry) the toilet downstairs overflows and the drain isn’t allowing proper drainage. We have someone coming to hopefully fix it.
