Looks like I'm gonna be without internet even longer because Ziply can't follow instructions and would rather leave their customers without internet than check their own fixtures.
Their prices have skyrocketed and their support has tanked. If you're in an area with Ziply, I highly recommend using somebody else.
They were amazing when they were still Frontier. When they changed to Ziply they just started acting like Comcast, who I switched to Frontier to GET AWAY from.
