So. I went to the store today to try to buy new clothes for myself, since I need new ones due to loosing weight . When I got there I was so over whelmed. I still feel the anxiety of buying clothes for myself because, I have such bad #bodydismorphia. People think I am just over confidante and showing off, but that is far from the case. Well I did not buy any clothes for myself. Instead, I used the mom excuse and said my kids needed that money more than I did. I have struggled all my life to see what others see everyday with my outward appearance, but, working out and listening to @TonyHortontrainor helps me slowly she'd this horrible issue. I push and try to do better than I was yesterday.
