Big post with the logo coming, as well as a new series of short essays on, I don't know, process or something. That'll be called BLASTING SHADOWS.

And in case you're at all interested in how these things break out:

DODGING BULLETS - Hip Shot's first essay series, referring to the Bat Masterson persona and the founder of Aikido, focuses on film and television, memory and desire, with some nice bits about Doctor Who.

DODGING BRICKS - Both a reference to Krazy Kat and the road to the Emerald City, this series starts on my publishing blog. Chapter by chapter essays on the Baum books, some longer than the material they cover.

BLASTING SHADOWS - Title comes from our Shadow of Oz deck and a Bowie song; I really need to stop amusing myself like this. Hopefully short essays on developing the deck and my thoughts about working with all these amazing artists and wow this life is really doing my head in.

They should all have the #derringer tag. Chin chin.
