Gifting A Curse

Mollycoddled by her parents,

She got whatever she wanted,

Favourite of her father,

Apple of his eyes,

He never wanted to let go of her,

But he was also the victim of patriarchy,

She asked her father,

Marriage involves the boy too,

Father replied hereditary land is the issue, immovable,
