So... in the comics.... Stephen is married to Clea, who is the daughter of Umar, and Umar is Dormammu's sister. Well, Doyle from Strange Academy is Dormammu's son, which technically makes him Stephen's.. cousin?

So Stephen Strange is married to a villainess's daughter, teaching his cousin at Strange Academy, and arch-nemesis to his uncle.
