This guy is very interesting. One of the doctors who featured on Forks Over Knives. I have read his book on Reversing Heart Disease. The recovery stories are amazing.

I had only seen clips here and there, before.
Got sick with a strep throat infection last night; been suffering from chronic laryngitis... and I'm sick of it. In Forks Over Knives, they focus on heart diseases and cancer, but the general message to be taken from it is better health. I tend to cheat. I'm poor. It's hard to keep a lot of certain foods in the house, with my brother eating it all. It was REALLY easy to do this before, when I was living on my own. I had immaculate health.
Going to stop fucking around and take this seriously, and start eating a lot more raw foods and less nutrition-less foods.
SICK OF BEING SICK.
