I really love that Dr. Huang just casually gets people to admit things. Like every single psychologist before him the squad was like "must we have one?" And even when he arrived they were like "ugh" and he I know that this squad has got to have a running caution mark in everyone group that works with them: laywers, crime lab, psych, everywhere.

Meanwhile, Huang strolled in and befriended them all like Elle Woods entering Harvard with the "what like it's hard?" Attitude while constantly helping cases while the detectives are all "we adore his ability to do what he does, we've only had him for a day but if anyone hurts him"

Dr. George Huang Headcanons

Probably a suspect or victim in a crime, since he doesn't talk to many people outside of work

You intrigued him to a point where he seeked you out when you got released [If a suspect you were innocent and victim case closed]

"Dr Huang, right?"

"Yes," He'll give you a charming smile, before asking if you possibly want to get coffee

He wanted to study you because you're unlike anyone he's ever met

You don't even realize you're his little pet at first

He begins to feel bad after a while because he realizes that his feelings for you are wrong, and begins to avoid you

You just assumed he had police work and didn't think to much about it

Though he can't stay away from your for very long

He feels like a school-boy when with you

You do start to wonder why he's so interested in you

"You're a shrink right? So you could tell me what's wrong with me?"

He hums, before tilting his head, "There's nothing wrong with you."

"Oh come on. I'm not stupid-"

"No. No you are not"

He does take you seriously, but sometimes you feel like a joke around him

When you realize he's shrinking you, it irritates you. "I'm not a criminal that you can just judge"

All the time with him and he's been watching every movement

He can't help himself. He does it unconsciously 

He sees the world in grey, instead of black and white, so he'll always justify his actions towards you

He's always watching you, studying you

While there is no law saying he shouldn't be around you, it would be frowned upon if anyone knew

He probably wouldn't commit to full-on dating only because he knew he couldn't give you full commitment because of his job

No matter how much he studies you, he can't always predict what you're going to do

He likes that. He likes that he can always be surprised. He likes that he doesn't know what's next. It's like an adventure

You don't have to share his culture, but it'd be nice if you learned about it if you're not

If I still wrote fanfic I'd just rewrite this man's storyline so we'd learn more about his life, his sister, and how he managed to work with SVU and the FBI constantly.

i kept wondering why Dr. Huang from SVU looked so familiar, then i rewatched Jurassic Park and BAM he’s the genetic scientist in their labs
