Us Core This is a mood board I created on a whim this little board is my DR partners have sent me yeah, your girl is in a polycule in one reality, and I love them both dearly. I haven't even talked about my main relationship with my desired reality boyfriend Ventus (From Kingdom Hearts.) yet so it might be a shock to some to know me and Ventus are in another relationship with another person named Liu Mason (This version of Liu comes from a horror audio drama called the Morgue Files however the Liu me and Ven are dating comes from my alternative universe I didn't even expect to run into him let alone finding out we're a thing in her realty. They're also genderfluid all pronouns.) But even in other realties things happen and I look forward to talking about that sometime next year expect a video and a post (maybe even a story.)But regardless we love each other we haven't fully figured out what we are, but it doesn't matter we're happy we're always having the time of our lives and seeing them in my waiting room brings my heart insane levels of joy and comfort. I love my partners and they're the best things that have ever happened to me. <3 ❤️😍😘💘💖💞💗

(Disclaimer I haven't experienced the entirety of our love story personally as of right now in my DR I'm still in the first game however these are my memories I've gathered from the future I know some people might think it's odd but I know this is real and he's confirmed it to me multiple times too for the record Ventus is in my waiting room so enjoy the post.)

Happy Valentines Day everyone, so I originally wanted to post a video today however the script is still in progress so I may as well make a post since I've mentioned a few times however I am in a polycule as of December of 2025 however my original relationship is with Ventus we've been dating since I was 14 in my kingdom hearts DR and tied the boyfriend girlfriend knot on my 15 birthday in CR time because I came up with this headcanon relationship for my OC back in 2016 which yes inspired my DR relationship in fact my OC Dakota Natalie is my daydream self/self-insert/persona so in CR time me and Ven have been together for nearly ten years while in my DR it's only been five years when I shifted to my waiting room Ven and I were already dating two years at that time. So this is are story.

I've known about Ven, Aqua, and Terra's history back when I was five during the Kingdom Hearts 1 events however it wouldn't be until years later when I turned 11 that Ventus and I met properly it was during the events of Dream Drop Distance we just finished the Hunchback of Notre Dame world when Organization 13 were going to Castle Oblivion to search for something (For context my group is on good terms with the Organization they might be our enemies but oddly enough not only do we live in the castle that never was but we're friends with quite a few of them.) My friends and I decided to follow them and during that trip I was able to home in on Ven's location in the Chamber of Waking. For those who don't know Kingdom Hearts lore Ventus lost his heart which caused him to fall into an endless sleep kind of like Aurora in Sleeping Beauty.

After securing Ven's location and ensuring Xehanort wouldn't find him, I began visiting him after every world and we formed a connection every time I feel asleep, I would be transported to Dive to the Heart to speak to Ven directly this went on until our second visit to Traverse Town at this point Master Yen Sid figured my frequent visits could lead to me being followed and leading the Organization straight to him so Mickey, Donald, Goofy and Lea (Axel's somebody.) Would go to the castle with me to receive Ven's body with us eventually finding his heart within Sora later that month after the Mark of Mastery and again for those who know Kingdom Hearts lore Sora was unable to really save Ven at that point in time due to being unable to unlock the power of waking so for the next year we were just hanging around Destiny Islands trying to find ways for Sora to get his powers back so that was the first time Ventus and I would meet however it wouldn't be until I was 14 that our love story would truly begin.

To make a super long story short a meteor shower dedicated to the way finder trio caused the past and present to clash in other words Aqua, Ven and Terra from the past were sent to our present and it was up to us to figure out how to send them back while also understanding their trials and tribulations meeting Aqua and Terra in Twilight Town all of us made it to the Land of Departure where we found Ventus and Master Eraqus this was the moment I began to develop my puppy love crush on him the two of us hit it off instantly while granted I already knew Ventus but being able to spend time with him while awake originally I didn't have much intention to act upon my feelings but after the mark of master and the unversed running amuck and Ventus Aqua and Terra being split apart I did miss Ventus's company for the first two worlds in the roster we would be reunited in the Enchanted Dominion (Sleeping Beauty's world.) And we did confront Maleficent on manipulating Terra to steal Aroura's heart (Aqua was really worried after she found out his Darkness was used against him.) But it allowed me and Ventus to bond even further not to mention catch ourselves up to his side of the story. Radiant Garden was the same the wayfinder trio have their little argument I would go after Ventus to reassure him after everything and eventually we regroup and return to the Land of Departure during this time we have a proper conversation about his fears that the group is splitting apart I tell him that no matter what happens they will always be family even if Aqua and Terra are a bit too overprotective towards him.

Master Eraqus would apologize for placing so much unneeded pressure onto us apart and realized we needed to unwind and reconnect with our hearts body and soul Ventus would suggest going to Disney Town since he got free passes and Eraqus would agree it was either that or we'd stay at the castle doing meditation practices and while Ventus Aqua and Terra didn't mind that some of the others not so much.

Disney Town was me and Ven's first date in my DR I just asked if he'd be willing to give it a try and we had so much fun if you've played Birth by Sleep, you'd know each of the characters had their own mini game in this world and yes we played them all while pigging out on ice cream, popcorn, corndogs and some soda. Super good food we loved making our own flavors and experimenting after Disney Town we decided it was best to just stick together and continued our travels into unraveling the mystery of Vanitas, the unversed and of course Master Xehanort himself through our travels Ventus and I really became closer we started as just friends to slowly becoming more romantically inclined in fact we've snuck into our rooms be it in the Land of Departure or a hotel we were staying out and just talk and snuggle (Nothing smutty happened not only were we minors at the time but we're also asexual I'm super sex repulsed in all realities including this one.) For us there was no special moment that solidified we were falling in love it was just a mutual understanding we were constantly together I was the first-person Ventus came too whenever he needed to vent, or express fears he was unable to tell Eraqus, Terra or Aqua at the time with me encouraging him to speak his mind and communicate to them something they lacked at times. But back to what made us realized we loved each other.

It was just one morning we were snuggling together flying through the lanes between when we just stared into each other's eyes (Well actually more like his armor helmet since key blade armor is a thing in this game the trio did not have access to a Gummie Ship.) It was just a "I love this person, yep this is who I'm spending the rest of my life with." And later on, during a dinner date at the summit (The tallest point of the training area in the Land of Departure we return to the world quite a few times in my DR.) We finally sat down and discussed our relationship where we not only fully established ourselves as dating but shared our first kiss under the stars. We pretty much told everyone about us with Eraqus and Aqua giving us "The Talk." ifykyk. But in all seriousness as stated before Ventus and never took our relationship to that level again we were too young and I would discover my asexuality in like three years' time so really, we never partake in that level of intimacy we've tried but I always become grossed out and back out Ventus understands though it's not a priority for him anyway.

Through the rest of the game's timeline, we were together we thought in the Keyblade Graveyard, and I managed to return his heart to his body at least in this timeline Ven's real heart was still with Sora. We all searched for Terra together and even snuck out for a duo mission we also nearly got killed by a giant unversed thank Kingdom Hearts Riku couldn't sleep either and saved our sneaky butts. And of course I was there to help him with his grief after the master was killed (I'm not spoiling which for those who haven't played the game it's a saddish scene.) I gave Ventus space when needed and held him tight when he needed someone to cry too. And of course, we all faced off Terranort together iykyk okay JK it's Xehanort possessing Terra's body which was a giant that explains some things moment.

After saving Terra and Aqua's lives the timeline slowly yet surely began to repair itself meaning each world that was in the present was returning to its place in time and that includes Ven, Aqua, and Terra (Oh also we revived Master Eraqus because no one ever stays dead in this game.) now for those wondering if we created a butterfly effect no because they were in our present not the other way around so things stayed the same. It took us at least another few months (And going through two more games.) Before Ventus and I were able to properly reunite and began dating as an official couple. Sora knew I missed Ventus and felt our longing in fact it affected him a little due to Ventus's heart reacting a lot, lots of moments where Ventus somewhat spoke through Sora a little odd for both of us since we see each other as siblings.

Eventually Sora knew he had to awaken Ventus's heart and return it to his body for my and the Guardians of Light sake Sora would be gone for about three weeks before he'd be able to unlock the Power of Waking and returning Ventus's heart to where it belongs. According to him it was our shared love for me that allowed Ventus to return. I would wake up that morning to the smell of pancakes at first, I thought it was because Chloe was making breakfast, but little would I know, I would wake up to a tray pancakes a cute little rose in a vase and my beautiful boyfriend smiling at the foot on my bed the smile I had on my face as I kisses his pretty face I was so happy we were glued at the hip for the entire week, being the adorable lovey dovey couple (Sora and Kairi wish they had what we had/j) For the record this took place in the Kingdom Hearts 3 part of the timeline and we managed to save Ven super early in my DR compared to the original game.

Five years later and we're still really happy and no we haven't talked about tying the knot yet considering how chaotic the KH universe is Ven, and I figured it'd be best to hold off on anything drastic till we knew any villain that rears its ugly head isn't trying to end the world so we can live in peace. It's not something we're in a hurry for and we're happy where we are and considering we opened our relationship up recently we are holding out just for now.

One more thing to note Ventus and I explore new realities constantly we love doing fun things together as dates whenever he's in the waiting room and he's in quite a few of my DR's outside of my KH DR (Animal Crossing, Tanghulu Master, Chocolatier DR, we're not dating in that one or at least not yet.) But we're happy I can't imagine myself being with anyone else (Well aside from Liu of course more on him in another post.) I love it whenever we just hang out in my room and watching shifting stories or dancing at balls, pretending to be fareless explorers or playing games and streaming in my second waiting room. He makes me soo happy and it's everything I could have ever dreamed off 14-year-old me would be so happy well she is happy since we've been together since then also, I think I forgot to mention we officially became a couple when I turned 15 but yeah that's everything thank you all for reading this massive post I'll be making a second post about Liu soon and a video about our relationship for YouTube.
