It does make him kind of interesting. On the scale of Kuno to Cologne, I wonder how good he is?

He being Dr. Tofu Ono in this case.

I imagine Tofu is a little better than Kuno (without watermelons involved), as in could beat him in a fight, but loses to Cologne and late Ryoga and Ranma.

But really, I think Tofu's martial arts skills involves some stealth as not to make patients uncomfortable and mainly relaxing people. Like Tofu's moves are all stuff he can use as a doctor and chiropractor; making a body relaxed, paralyzing a person so they don't squirm, doing moves quickly so its not painful, loosening people's muscles, pushing bones back into place, encouraging skin to heal ETC.

Ranma 1/2 is a series where not all martial arts is about fighting, like Martial arts dining or Martial Arts tea. Basically when it comes to massages, medical care and rapidly banding up people after they get hit by a table from a tsundere or punted into the stratosphere by a rival, Tofu is unrivaled among the cast. Not even Happosai and Cologne can do all that!

That's a good point. So Tofu is probably a specialized master in Martial Arts chiropractic healthcare specifically. Like he studied at the ancient dojo of chiropractic healthcare from Doctor Sensei, 'cause that's how martial arts works in Ranma.
