Important detail that I don't think my previous posts clearly indicated:
Dr. Killiope wears an incredibly fake pencil thin mustache specifically for the drama of being able to twirl it villainously.
Dr. Brother Galatian is one of the few living people outside her own kin who knows Dr. Killiope's real name. By contrast she's convinced Dr. Brother Galatian is a stage name, in spite of having seen his doctoral diploma in person on at least 3 separate occasions.
Oh! And on another critically important note, Dr. Killiope is a lousy musician. She couldn't tell real zydeco from blues from jazz if a washboard came up and bit her on the ass. Dr. Brother Galatian, however, is an accomplished hobby accordion player, and a passable guitar player and organist as well. While the self-described "Maestro of Zydeathco" may not produce her own music, she's done some VERY clever things with portable phonographs which have helped her secure some of the notoriety of her moniker.
They kissed once. It was weird. They agreed it would be best not to do it again, and she declared lifelong rivalry with him so they'd have an excuse do stay in touch despite his travel-intensive career.
Obviously she has history with Dr. Brother Galatian of the Dr. Brother Galatian's Traveling Roadshow & Seminary ("Accredited").
