I was wonder if homelander and y/n was in a fantasy world that is like a DND game what type of character would they be?
Would homelander be a knight or a king or even a dragon? And what would y/n be a princess or an archer or maybe even a fairy??
Would homelander ever be into movies ,games or shows that are fantasy based? Or only into more realistic ones??

Now I'm not super big on the fantasy genre nor have I ever played D&D but I decided to go hard on this ask for no particular reason because it got my mind joggin', lol. Bless @sehtoast for helping me work through the design process. More blabbering and additional drawings under the cut.
So for this fantasy world, Vought exists but they are not a company. The Vought Dominion is an evil, overarching kingdom that has a stranglehold over the entire country and eliminates anyone who opposes their will. In order to have the undefeatable muscle to attack neighbouring lands, they used magic to create Dragon Homelander (or Dragonlander if you will). He's a giant human-dragon hybrid who can fly and breathe fire, while also having super strength, enhanced durability and rapid healing. He's kept chained up in some dingy dungeon so he doesn't escape, and they only let him out when they need him to kill their enemies or burn a castle to the ground. And although they treat him terribly, whipping him and starving him, he won't leave because he knows he's a monster and will never be accepted by others. He has no other home.
Meanwhile, the reader is a nomadic mage who travels by themself, passing through remote towns and providing aid to anyone in need. But most people don't trust them being a mage, since the profession has a bad rap from Vought's abuse of magic.
One day the reader is in a village when Vought attacks. They try to help and fight back but they're overpowered, captured and thrown into Homie's cell so he can eat them. Instead they manage to befriend him by actually seeing him as a person and not a nameless weapon, and convince him to break the both of them out. Therefore they are now travelling buddies looking for their forever home together, with maybe some smooches along the way~ ❤️
For other minor "fun facts", the eagle crest they both wear is essentially the official Vought Dominion symbol to indicate you're a citizen of their lands. Homie still wears the remnants of his shackles as a reminder of what Vought did to him (also because he'd feel lost without them, he's worn them his entire life). The reader doesn't use their magic for violence, instead opting to float up to Homie's eye-level to annoy him, and to heal his wounds while he protests. As all of Vought's mages are destructive Homie is shocked that the reader could be a pacifist, and finds them intriguing. They help him appreciate the simple things like nature, as well as to see that he can be more than what Vought created him to do; he's only ever known violence but now he can protect people. Also I pretty much just repurposed my old Dragonlander design for this, which was also the first thing I ever drew on this blog! How time is cyclical. 😂
And I don't know if regular Homelander would ever be interested in fantasy media. He seems to prefer things based in reality, but I think if he had an s/o who did enjoy it and encouraged him then he'd find some entertainment with getting into the break from real life. You could sit his ass down and get him into D&D if you praised him constantly for his overpowered self-insert who always wins, lol.
