Dranik casserole in the slow cooker.
Very easy to prepare and very tasty casserole! Trouble with it less than with normal pancakes - no need to stand at the stove and no fat spray. We just put the ingredients in the slow cooker and get on with other things - for example, read a book or do a manicure. Lunch will be prepared!
Potatoes - 1 kg
Egg - 2 PCs
Flour - 2 tbsp

1. The hardest part of this recipe, as in cooking potato pancakes is to grate the potatoes. The potato should be grated on a small grater. I always hated to do.
