can you show us how you draw tears
Ok so you have your drawing done and ready for tears
The first thing you do is make a new layer on top of all of the drawing. On that layer draw the tears with the color black.
OK so after that on the same black layer lower the opacity to 15%-10% (which ever looks best to you)
After that make a new layer on top on the black layer. Then just add the white outlines. Then boom you got tears :0.
