I have an important question for the supervillainess
How long, in your opinion, is the perfect time for hypnotism to take?
An instant fall to control? Full resisting all the way as they are played, mind and body wanting two different things until they... Snap? Or an erosion of will to the other persons control?
And even then... How long should it be, if it isn't instant?
To me they are all lovely but I'm curious, if you where Goldilocks... What would be the bowl that is "just right"?
The boring answer for me to say would be it depends on the target and the situation~ A drawn out, gradual breakdown of mind and morals can be just as adorable as the poor naive hero instantly faltering to the flick of a wrist~ An instant loss thrall<33
But I think I am generally in favour of a long term hypnotic approach<3 The slow fall into submission, the beautiful sight of a mind kicking back and resisting, biting and screaming and screaming against the idea of their own body betraying them~ That has always been what makes hypnosis most entertaining for me<3
Perhaps the first blast of mind control quickly takes over and they get a glimpse of this euphoric blissful state, when they resist and snap back out of it, they’re stuck with the truth. No matter how much they claim to want to fight and keep their mind as their own, they loved that feeling of freedom, the sensation of their mind buckling and being taken by someone else. That lingering thought can eat away in the back of their mind as they’re exposed to more and more forms of induction and hypnosis~
I think a month is perfect to reel in your average target<3 more than enough time to get to know them, to press all their buttons, see them kick and bite; before the inevitable collapse, that beautiful moment when they buckle and give in to your control~ The back and forth struggle with mind and body having ended as their old self fully erodes to give way to a new them produced from a wonderful series of sessions together<33
A new happy Hypno-thrall~
