Hey rekino I would like to say thanks for doing these x reader's post. Everytime you post my day goes from good to great. If it's not too much trouble id like to request a valentine's confession with hu and male reader? I love these themed events for x reader fics :)

Hu jing confessing to you on valentine's day

A/n:i'm really happy you like my posts this much thank you for the support and the requests and I hope you like this one

Hu was a bit conflicted on whether or not to confess in the first place, she was concerned that you didn't feel the same and she really didn't want to ruin the great friendship you two had

But after realizing that she couldn't keep being your friend while also hiding her feelings and talking about it with her friends she decided she had to tell you, even if you didn't love her back she would accept it like the mature woman she is.

And so she decided to confess on valentine's day, it seemed like the perfect time and she had always loved the holiday, the way to confess however was tougher to decide, on one hand doing something grand would show you how much she cared but it would have been too embarrassing if you rejected her. So she just confessed in a more intimate and low-key way, she always preferred things like those anyway

She wanted to give you flowers while confessing so she spent a few hours looking for and picking the perfect ones she knew you would enjoy, she really wanted this to be special to show you just how much she loved you. And of course she also made some homemade chocolates to give you as well, she does bake quite a bit often but she made sure that these specific ones were delicious because they were made for you

"...y/n...i'm sorry for calling you like this but i have something to tell you...it's quite important"

"Of course hu what is it?"

"....w-well"

She blushed and silently handed you the flowers and the chocolate box

"...i-is this for me? Do you want me to,be your valentine?"

"....y-yes.....but also...something more if you'd like to"

You blushed even more than her as you understood what hu was hinting at

"Y-you mean you want me to be your boyfriend?"

"Yes, I love you y/n you have such a kind spirit and are always so friendly and nice to everyone not to mention that you're exactly what I look for in a man physically too...so i would like to start dating you...i-if we're moving too fast we can always just be valentines for now if you'd like"

"...actually hu...I like you too and would love to be your boyfriend"

"Wait really? That is splendid"

"Of course after you gave me this beautiful flowers and delicious chocolates how could I ever refuse, i'm sure you will be a wonderful girlfriend"

"I'll try my best to be the best girlfriend I can be for my wonderful new boyfriend, I promise"

"Eheh, you already are to me even if we've started dating for not even 5 minutes"

"Eh i'm glad"
