POTD #25: WOTD "nettle"
Wild garlic and nettle soup,
Twice baked cheese souffle,
Partridge ravioli
Venison Wellington
Black forest gateaux
How annoying that one must eat healthily.

2046, dream dinners
At my dinner table: Nikola Tesla, Charlotte Brontë, Florence Welch, John William Waterhouse, Mary Shelley and William Shakespeare.
By the end of the evening, I envision Tesla and Shelley deep in discussion re: their respective fields of interest (science & sci-fi), of which they both foresaw for the current age.
Waterhouse sketching Welch in the soft candle-light.
And Brontë and Shakespeare, charmingly rugged in their English garb, as they voraciously and with unabashed competitiveness, discuss the weight of their respective life's work on contemporary literature - oddly both sounding a bit incredulous the more they go on.
Afterthought: at some point, when the tea has been dosed with a touch of sweet wine, I envision a heated discussion of feminism’s development between all parties.
all i want is some baked asparagus, dill and lemon baked salmon, and roasted rosemary potatoes...
is that so much to ask for?! D:
onion rings for dinner. be back later demi<333
