Amami sure did talk a lot, but it came out naturally. Not even Oma could ignore his charisma, his gentleness in everything... Plus, he could laugh at himself! That made one a lot easier to listen to, and at least for Oma, more fun to talk to. If the cabbage boy didn’t mind being teased, he didn’t have to apologize for things. So... for now, they were good.

“Wow, that sounds terrible! You got laughed at in front of a crowd because of your stupidity! Is it true, though, or did you just think I wanted to hear about you embarrassing yourself in public? I mean, that story’s pretty hard to believe, don’t you think?”

    For someone usually so focused, Maki sure id lose herself to idle thought there for a moment. Apparently bad enough so that she bumped right into a classmate; lucky for her it was a more lax member of the group.

  “---Amami...”

   She uttered, sounding distant in thought. She’d soon been able to snap out of it , having recovered from their small collusion and staggered back an inch or two.

     “...Sorry.”

   The student apologized, far more present when addressing him that time. Now that she’d cleared her head, she couldn’t help but to feel disconcerted; what had put her in so deep a trance that it cut off her awareness of the world around her...? She couldn’t recall that happening to her previously...

((Aha, nah it’s not really that? I guess the past few rp fandoms I’ve been in, I kept getting anxiety because of a growing follower count. The bigger the crowd, the more nervous I get, and the more I’ll start trying to please the crowd more than myself... And that’s no fun for anyone.))

((I worry about my portrayal most of all, because even though I put it that Kokichi is “Canon divergent” I don’t actually really have a specific divergence in mind? Really I moooostly put that there because before I even got into the rping side of things, I was being dragged into arguments about what was canon and what wasn’t when I was just posting my own theories and headcanons and insisting I was just trying to have fun and get creative. Everyone here has their own way of seeing the canon, so I figured it’s just easier to say my interpretation is “Canon divergent” so those with strong personalities and passionate opinions dismiss my blog.))

((I still try to make him as IC as possible, but I’m still getting the feel for the character and fleshing him out, so he’s going wild and a bit out of control and when you have such a confusing, enigmatic character like Kokichi, you sometimes get instances where he just does something and you’re left really confused and wondering if he’s just like that or you’re failing as a mun ;3; ))
