"Another psychiatrist? I don't have a problem, but thank you for your concern."
I'm Sorry:My character feels guilty for being behind the wheel during the accident that left yours in the hospital.
Misfire fidgeted in his chair as he sat beside the medical berth as Rung babbled endlessly about something. Misfire wasn’t paying much attention.
Sure they might have made it through with a few dents and scrapes, and Rung a cracked optic that landed him in the clinic for repairs, but it had been Misfire at the wheel of the transport vehicle when someone decided to change lanes without warning.
So while Rung’s optic had been an easy fix and everything could go back to normal by tomorrow, Misfire felt like it was his fault for getting them into the whole mess.
A gentle servo on his arm made Misfire look up to be greeted by a pair of bright, worried optics.
"Something wrong, Misfire?" Rung asked. He always seemed to know when someone had something on their mind.
Fidgeting again, Misfire avoided optic contact. Rung’s servo only tightened ever so slightly, almost comfortingly.
The jet took a slow, deep breath. “I’m sorry.”
Rung blinked, tilting his helm in confusion. “Sorry?” he repeated gently. “What are you sorry for?”
Misfire ground his denta together, feeling worse about having to admit how he felt rather than let the emotions stay inside. But he needed to say it. Get it over with.
"I’m sorry that you got hurt, that I got us into this slag," he muttered just loud enough for Rung to hear.
There was a moment of silence while Rung thought over the apology, but then the servo around Misfire’s arm was joined by another and squeezed affectionately.
"We’re both alive with minimal damage," the doctor said with a warm smile. "And since we’re alive, there’s nothing for you to be sorry for."
Misfire returned the smile, though it was still a bit uneasy.
"I guess you’re right, Rung," the jet replied, leaning in to gently rest his forehelm against Rung’s. "This is why I don’t drive anywhere."
Rung’s reassuring chuckling filled Misfire’s audials as one of the psychiatrist’s servos patted the jet’s back.3/29/14

He might have initiated the interaction, but he's still pretty sure you're gonna be like this:
Welcome to the slag show.
(Mind the broken, hissing doppleganger chained to a nest.)
((YOU MAKE ME SO HAPPY AND THEN YOU MAKE ME SO VERY SAD ;A;))
((I'M SORRY I THINK. WHAT MADE YOU HAPPY THEN SAD? DOMEY WILL HUG IT BETTER- NO NO HE WON'T. HE'LL HUG REWING AND PRETEND IT'S BETTER.))
Rung has now been added to the list of mechs he shall tease. Gently, of course. One had to be careful of the skittish ones.
But oh so fun.
Hello Skids, how are you doing tonight? :)
"HOLY-!" Sterling stared at the... thing... in shock, unable to even curse. He backed away. "Uhh... Wh-who's Skids?"
[RUNGMUN NOT SKIDS. SWERVE. -dying of laughter-]
