These delicious brownies combine the rich flavor of chocolate with the crunch of honey nut cereal and the sweetness of raisins or dried fruit. They make for a great snack or dessert option, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth cravings.
Ingredients: 1 cup honey nut cereal. 1/2 cup raisins or other dried fruit. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 3/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. A 9x9-inch baking pan should be greased and floured. Put honey nut cereal and raisins or dried fruit in a small bowl and mix them together. Put away. Over low heat, stir the chocolate chips and butter in a medium saucepan until the mixture is smooth. Take it off the heat. Add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract and mix them in well. Add the flour and salt slowly while stirring until they are just combined. Add the cereal and dried fruit mixture and mix it in until it's well spread out. Spread the batter out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared. Put it in an oven that has already been heated for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let the brownies cool in the pan for a while before cutting them into squares.
