What You Can Do With Dried Flowers

Dry flowers have so many uses, especially when flower arrangements are needed. The most common use of dried flowers is as various as; decorating wreaths, gift packages, masks, hats, candles, stationery, or creating unique pictures or picture frames.  Also, read about Dried Rose Buds

Things you can do with dried flowers

The uses of the flowers appear endless. They can be used to decorate all aspects of beautification, such as: house, school, weddings, programmes, floral arrangements, and much more. Detailed uses of dried flowers

Stationery. You've got to use quality paper. Apply a thin layer of glue to the paper and attach the dried flowers according to your design and arrangement, especially for the invitations, envelopes and other stationery you like.

Picture frames. Through the help of a brush dipped in glue, stick the flowers to an unusual piece of paper before they are dry. When you're all dried up, you can now create a picture frame of whatever style you choose.  Also, read about Edible Lavender

Paper weight.Using two pieces of glass, stone, wood or plastic, cut them to the desired size and place the flowers on the bottom and secure them with the glue. Once the glue is dry, place the pieces of glass, stone, wood or plastic in place.

Lampshade. To decorate your lampshade, use an adhesive to connect the flowers. Place a semi-transparent rice paper over the lampshade before the glue dries and pat a layer of diluted glue over the paper.

Flower arrangement. When using a rubber band, fasten it and wrap it with brown art paper and fasten it with a twine. Your finished flower arrangement can be used as your centrepiece, or just hang it from your door.

Candle decoration. Use the glue to adhere it to the back of each herb, press it gently onto the candle. To put them securely on the candle, wrap them with waxed paper and hold them in place with a tape.

Making a corsage. With the use of a glue, attach to a small piece of cardboard and simple jewelry pin backing.

Window decor.Decorate your curtains with dried flowers at the corners of the curtain rods. Choose those that match the style and colour of your interior design.
