How To Drink Smart, "Geegee-figure" Way
By drink, I do not mean ‘alcoholic drinks’ It’s about drinking 'non-alcoholic drinks' at cafes and restaurants! Do you know that a tall cappuccino has 300+ calories? Or that a latte has 450+ calories? You didn’t, right? I didn’t until I went a bit crazy with ‘get healthy’ resolution.
After reading this guide, I am sure you will be able to choose wisely when you go drinking coffee, with or without friends, next time.
Choose everything skinny. Skinny latte, skinny cappuccino, etc.
Try swapping soy-based drink for a change.
The best coffee, which will help you lose weight, is Americano with a slice of lemon squeezed in. If you're feeling very daring, try Espresso.
Instead of smoothie or a frappe, choose fruit juice.
When you choose fruit juice, watermelon, lemon, melon, blueberry and strawberries are the best bet to stay healthy. They make your skin glow too!
Instead of a normal mug of hot chocolate, choose skinny hot chocolate.
Instead of normal milk choose semi-skimmed or skimmed milk. Personally, I like full milk or semi-skimmed milk because skimmed milk tastes like water.
Although they sound a bit off putting, almond milk and rice milk taste really yummy.
Ditch sodas for sparkling mineral water.
You see those glasses of water with a slice of lemon floating around? They are very good for your digestive system.
