Started a new routine yesterday, not exactly a true #cleanse because I still have a cup o' joe first thing (no caffeine headaches, plz and thank) but lemon water is the only drink for me after that! Not only that, eating mostly fruits, veggies, and nuts with some (unprocessed) cheese in the mix had me feeling better than ever! Also working on integrating mother grains instead of enriched breads into my diet, which is a little pricey but totally worth it! Next is finding a natural deterrent against #heartburn so I can eat my fave foods- because #potassium fucks me up but I can't stop eating bananas, avocados, or potatoes! #eatinghealthy #drinkinghealthy #mentalwellness #beginswithphysicalwellness
