Tessa Lives AU where Tessa accidentally makes Uzi and her class think she's a drone?

Tessa escapes the Gala, and believes her friends are lost to Cyn. On the rocket ride to wherever, she finds out about Absolute Solver, and comes to understand how she wasn't betrayed by Cyn herself, but by an entity controlling her.
Due to terrible mission secrecy, she learns of the patch being worked on, at a colony named Copper 9. She sets the course and goes into cryo-sleep. Sadly she doesn't set the wake up properly, and arrives shortly after the apocalypse, and just remains sleeping until the drones find her and assume she was a new drone model due to her suit. Shame her emotion indicator display was faulty.
She tries to explain, but the others think she has a damaged memory bank and faulty processor. Thankfully her suit is rated for an entire lifetime of use, with 100% efficient recycling processes, and an electronic nutrient paste generator. (god she would kill for a vegetable)
She is so happy that she was able to be one with the drones she loves, and is helping Uzi to become an engineer in her own right. A little uncertain about the whole kill-all-humans philosophy, but she couldn't fault her. Not with the way her parents treated her.
There is a big reveal, in which there is no doubt that Tessa was human, but then Uzi has said she was more of a drone than any human ever could, and respect trans-species rights! Before firing her sick as hell rail gun.
