The story follows as the group led Curtis-Hall and Rhames kidnaps an advertising executive (La Salle) who has been providing advertising programs that belittles blacks and women. One advertisement features Spike Lee endorsing Gospelpak Fried Chicken which comes in a bucket with the Confederate flag draped all over it.”

The session is a film made during the late 80's that talks about the deprogramming of race perceptions. Names are used as a tool to reprogram those that have gone into the white side.
In order to have an unapologetically healthy livit it is mandatory to exercise as well as maintain a specific time table of when you eat. the body needs 8 hours to consume and assimilate and eliminate. These are the things you need to know:
11 a.m. - 7 p.m. Assimilation Phase is the only time you should be eating.
Outside of the 11am - 7pm time frame, tea, veggie/fruit juice, and water is fine. (In fact, we recommend a lemon eaten or squeezed first thing, with warm herbs, like tea, following shortly after)
7p.m. - 3a.m. Elimination Phase This phase is the foundation and when your body is assimilating all of the nutrients you spent the last 8 hours consuming
The veggie or fruit juice can be slipped in throughout the day to compensate for lingering addictions in the form of sweet, sour, or hot cravings.
Here’s a huge problem though: If you are still eating during this period, your body will not be able to assimilate ANY of the nutrients you consume, no matter how good your eating habits are. Eliminating this phase of the livit throws off the body’s natural rhythm.
If you are not having complete or healthy eliminations i.e. sweating, urine, and defecation certain organ failure is eminent. The body has to have clean pores, a clean colon, and a clean bladder in order to maintain health.
