This morning I fit into an old pair of size 4 shorts that I haven't been able to wear for 4 years! On top of that, I have only lost 5 pounds. That scale means nothing to me. 💪🏽

This morning I fit into an old pair of size 4 shorts that I haven't been able to wear for 4 years! On top of that, I have only lost 5 pounds. That scale means nothing to me. 💪🏽
Day 2
Ahhhh hungry? Yes I was. It's hard to find orange foods, especially if your mother refuses to buy you anything other than the orange bell peppers and carrots in your fridge. My friend is starting tomorrow though <3 yay! Doing things with friends can go two ways. It can either encourage you to outlast and do it with them, or stop if they stopped first. Make sure to stay strong!!!
So, for breakfast I didn't have much since I ran to take a math test. I actually had a 130 calorie pouch of goldfish, but I shared a lot of it with my friend. So I decided it was about 100 calories. (Probably less, but meh.)
For lunch my wonderful mama brought me some leftovers from the dinner I had last night along with cantaloupe and japanese sweet potato. (It can turn orange if you cook it!) Between my classes I also drank a passion orange drink from Hawaiian Sun that I bought from the snack bar at my school
Dinner was nothing since I came late and since I have no orange foods unless you consider madras lentils to be orange. But I don't so they were ignored!!!!! But then my mom reheated some soup we had and it was orange! So lucky! ^_^ it was doenjang jigae a korean soybean soup!
So breakfast: 100 calories
Lunch: 470 calories
Din-din: 211 calories
Snack: 130 calories
Total: 911 calories
Day 1
Well today was the first day of the orange challenge. I caved in at the end since I had an orchestra concert and I was concert master. Since my mother thought it was better than the last concert and since this is my last concert I decided to treat myself. I usually eat this, but hey you have to live in the moment!
So for my food diary this is what I ate:
You can track your calories at myfitnesspal.com! I love using the site and it helps me a lot. The quick added calories was a mixture of green tea rice and carrots along with some grapeseed oil.
This brings my total to about 1115 calories, but I would say perhaps 1200 in case I miscalculated the rice.
Breakfast:
Half of a medium papaya. 137 calories
Lunch:
Kettle Brand - Honey Mustard Chips, 1.5 oz: 225 calories
Popchips - Sweet Potato (Chips), 1 Bag (19 chips/23g): 100 calories
Cantaloupe - Raw , 134 g (1/4 med): 50 calories
Dinner:
Japanese Pumpkin - Kabocha Squash, 0.25 cup: 10 calories
Quick Added Calories, 250 calories
Snacks:
Mc Donald's - Snack Size Mcflurry® With Oreo® Cookies, 6.7 oz: 340 calories
8 O'clock Coffee - Black Coffee 240ml (8 oz), 240 ml: 3 calories
