Todays meal was jalapeño chicken (I had left from the weekend) and a delicious bean and veggie salsa over organic arugula. Above is a picture of the brand of beans I use. At my local super market they are the brand lowest in sodium and pesto additional ingredients. Italians really do know best :) Tomorrow is technically the end of the two week diet and if it freaking kills me I'll find somewhere to weigh myself. I fully understand that weight is just a number and not a direct correlation with health BUT since I stupidly did not take measurements at the beginning of the diet, a superficial number will have to do.
