Yeast screams as idea, not the yeast screams themselves. This is my third and best loaf baked during this time (and ever). The loaf is significantly wider than it is tall, a look I like to call "cinematic." Scientists have inferred that ancient dinosaurs, hominids, and chupacabras had feet by studying their fossilized footprints. Yeast is very small. We can't actually hear them scream.
