Link stared up at the flower with wide eyes- or rather looked up the best he could with it in his hair, after a moment giving up on visually seeing it and instead patting where the flower was to try to feel what it’d look like. Regardless though, that was nice! He liked flowers.

Absolutely not.  Shoichi himself threads in a very fine line between good and evil and he is very aware of this. Without a doubt his actions could be seen as morally evil, he had manipulated people, sacrificed lives, lied and betrayed but all these for a justifiable cause, a good goal.  Shoichi ( regardless whether he knows it himself or not ) is morally ambiguous, he’s not  above doing mess up shit if he thinks it’s necessary.  

So as a result, he doesn’t really see the world as ‘good’ or ‘evil’, rather it’s merely made up of  ‘cause’ and ‘effect’  -----  but that’s pretty obvious right ? he’s a science guy ! of course he thinks it’s all about the principle of causation.
