Costume Contest Winners

Since we know this is a busy time of year, we know that everyone is struggling to balance their real life with rp life. We know the holidays are coming up, we know that anyone in school has finals coming up, and it’s just a busy time of year. So that being said, we have decided that from now until January 5th we will only put someone on activity warning when they have been inactive for 2 weeks. If you do need any hiatuses, please let us know! We are happy to help!

It’s that time of year! The air turns cooler, the shadows seem scarier, and the spooks come out to play. It’s Halloween once more. 

Drummond’s End will be throwing a Halloween party for all of the residents of the place of healing. Colton Graves decided to throw a costume party in the grand hall that is usually kept locked most of the year. 

But as the party starts off on a good note, it soon turns to something more sinister. With the line thinning between the living and the dead, ghosts of the past come out to haunt those attending the party that night. 

Please read below to see details regarding the event.

It’s time for Drummond’s End’s Halloween Event! Everyone is invited to attend the Halloween Costume Party and then be haunted by a ghost of their past. The event will be lasting from 12 am EST Monday the 30th until midnight EST Wednesday the 1st to make sure everyone has enough time to participate. However, this event will all take place in game from Tuesday evening until early Wednesday morning, or all during Halloween night. 

Because of the nature of this event we ask that from the start of the event until the end you only reply to event related threads. We will post something when the event starts and when it ends. You are free to continue your Halloween threads after the event is over, you just can’t start any new event threads after it has ended. 

Please send in your costume by 10 pm EST Sunday in order to be entered into the costume contest. 

On Tuesday, at the stroke of midnight in game, the ghosts of people’s pasts will come out to haunt others. You will choose which ghost or ghosts haunt your character, but it must be something or someone personal to them. It could be scary or full of guilt. Either way everyone gets a personal ghost, but no one else will be able to see someone else’s ghosts. We will post something when the ghosts have appeared to the characters.

We’ve noticed that there has been some confusion with the tag for starters. Sometimes it has been tagged as drummondsxstarter and sometimes as drummondxstarter. So, we decided we just wanted to clear up the confusion and make it easier for everyone. The tag is drummondxstarter and can be found here. Please also make sure to check the tag, not the search since that seems to hide some starters. We hope this clears things up for everyone!
