She would be grumpy every time she remembers that she's now retired. Would probably drown in beer if she still managed to save Kiana, saying she's earned it after defeating HoV and retiring. And would probably drown herself in beer if, because she took the serum herself, she didnt manage to subdue HoV, and after recovering, HoV is outside in the background while Himeko is inside chugging beer.

Himeko would likely remain as a teacher, either at St. Freya High or someplace within AE.
