Food and dance combined on one magical night when the internationally renowned Barangay Ethnic Dance Group performed during dinner service. The dance group are in New Zealand on their Sayaw Dance Tour showcasing Filipino culture in dance and song. Thank you Jess & Andrew @nanamrepublic We had starters of • Brioche ”Ensaymada”: Filipino brioche, salted egg butter, aged cheddar cheese, shaved macadamia • Taco ”Pao”: Beetroot bap, sticky pork belly ”humble”, assorted condiments • Drunken Prawns: Crispy school prawns marinaded in coconut wine ”lambang”, tamarind dip, onion creme.
