it's new ads tumblr installed that play sounds even if adblock blocks the video u still get the sound so u have to mute ur tumblr tab while scrolling now yay

i thought i had them blocked though? with adblock and xkit? and like??? im almost unsure it was an ad bc it didnt seem very advertisementlike esp w those words being thrown around like no ad just uses the n word like that man it was scary i felt haunted by a racist sexist dudebro it was Awful

HOLY SHITTT KDFfsdf. no im in the same boat, as an sga ace, i've been uncomfortable talking about anything asexuality-related on tumblr. yay tumblr! way to make both the real and online worlds unsafe for me!

Haha yeah... the topic of sga aces is like a terrible discourse hot spot on tumblr.  Over time my opinions have mostly shifted against “aces are queer” type arguments so like, I can’t even disagree with anon about their actual point because I think they’re right, but they’re showing aggression towards me that’s not actually called for.  It’s like the experience of sga acehood on tumblr in miniature.

Anyways, glad to hear from a fellow sga ace, & if you ever do want to talk feel free to drop me a line either as an ask/PM on this blog or on my main @jade-ellsworth; I keep asks private on request and in general try to err on the side of not publishing.
