fellow CPAP-wearers,
anybody relate?
the pictures show a calmed version of the breakout I just had. my skin all over my body is so, so dry lately. but my face is especially bad. particularly where my mask straps rest.
im hoping someone has tips or tricks that they're willing to share to protect & care for skin that's dry & affected by a cpap/bipap mask.
I try to keep it moisturized with a generic facial moisturizer. I haven't tried a whole lot in general. Castor oil after wearing the mask tends to help but outside of that, I haven't found anything helpful yet.
