Elgin was listening to the music at the gazebo, his eyes fixed on the stage. He wasn’t paying much attention to Lucille, and he didn’t notice as she reached for the antler headband of the woman next to him until she nearly fell off his lap. Elgin caught her, though, and all was well. “Lucille, what are you doing?” He chuckled as the tiny human kept reaching for Daphne’s festive gear. “I’m sorry, she’s in a grabby phase right now. She’s been going after my ties the last couple of days.”
